Charcoal Drawings
Often seen as the launching point of Adriana’s artistic career, these nude charcoal drawings capture the human form with an emphasis on movement and grace. They serve as early explorations in the understanding of anatomy and expression. These works often reflect the fluidity and dynamism of the body, showcasing the interplay of light and shadow that charcoal enables.

Utilizing vivid colors and strong lines, these artworks transform traditional floral motifs into dynamic compositions that evoke emotion and thought.
Tablescapes
Adriana Oxford Studio’s love for a good interior and design moment show up in her tablescape paintings. Light, bright, and fun, tables capture the essence of early mornings, where soft sunlight filters through delicate petals, brunch with friends, where wine runs wild, and soft evenings with a cup of tea. Adriana has a way of creating a visual feast with these works that invites viewers to imagine gatherings filled with laughter and warmth.
Plein Air
Adriana loves to paint in ‘plein air,’ in nature, surrounded by her deepest confidants — the trees. Inspired by the Impressionists, her plein air paintings capture the essence of nature while emphasizing vibrant colors and shifting light conditions. By working on site, Adriana can slow down and observe the subtle variations in color that define the natural world, from the warm hues of sunrise to the cool tones of a forest shade.
Modern Chinoisserie
Our studio’s modern chinoisserie vase paintings reflect a unique fusion of Eastern and Western artistic traditions, drawing inspiration from the intricate designs of Asian porcelain as well as the rich color palettes and detailed compositions seen in the works of Dutch painters. Using watercolor, these striking pieces honor both the craftsmanship of the past and our deep commitment to fluidity, lightness, and freedom.
Chakra Paintings
Some of Adriana’s all time favorite paintings are her chakra paintings. These works are inspired by the chakra system — exploring the interplay between color, emotion, and energy. Each chakra, represented by a specific color, offers unique themes and meanings that can be reflected on the canvas. For instance, vibrant reds may evoke the grounding energy of the root chakra, while soothing blues can symbolize the expressive nature of the throat chakra. Our goal is to encourage collectors to feel within their own body what they need, hang that in their space, and find their own connection to Space and Spirit.
Live Nudes
Some of Adriana’s earliest work includes her nude oil paintings. Exploring the human form through a palette of vivid colors and dynamic brushwork celebrates the beauty of the body. She uses symbolic colors to convey feelings or narratives, transforming the canvas into an expression of both physicality and emotion. The combination of nudity with vibrant hues allows for a reimagining of the classical nude, inviting a contemporary dialogue on beauty and identity.
